Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an appointment?

There are a number of ways to get in contact with our doctors. Call: 561- 413- 7759, Fill out the appointment form, Email:

How long do appointments last?

The initial appointment will last approximately 50-60mins. If we are administering any type of testing, the sessions should last between 2-3 hours. Therapy sessions should last 40-60mins depending on the age of the client.

Can parents be involved in therapy?

Absolutely, in-fact we actually encourage it. Parents are in their child’s life on a daily basis and it is important for parents to have the knowledge and skills to deal with day to day occurrences that may arise. We also believe that understanding what is going on in a child’s head and how they are feeling is the most important factor in this process.

How does this work?

Either call our office or fill out the form above to schedule an appointment to meet the therapist. In your first meeting  the doctor will gather information about your specific concerns and what steps you are actively taking to deal with the issues.

How much will this cost?

We offer a variety of  services, treatment and testing. Fees are based on conditions, needs and other relevant circumstances. Although we do not accept public or private insurance, we do our absolute best to accommodate just about everyone’s situation.

How soon can we start seeing results?

It is very hard to predict how long it will take to see improvement in behavior until we analyze what and how severe the condition is.  In general, problems that are more severe will take a little more work. We work directly with school staff and other professionals ( if requested ) to expedite results of interventions.  We need to spend  some time with you and your child to become comfortable with me and for us to figure out which strategies are going to be most effective for your situation.
